well isn’t this a bold portrait of the human condition
better than lord of the flies, i think, because it got to the point quicker
stop wasting kids’ time with books!!
Does the diagram in panel 3 represent matrilineal lineage?
"Yeah.. uh… we kinda thought you guys would take longer sooo….
…Want a piece of Davidson? You can have the other leg if you want…"
Yes, I'm disappointed that all three still live and they didn't immediately kill and eat the weakest.
"High Rise" by J.G. Ballard, adapted for the Internet age.
This is actually an homage to M. Night Shyamalan's Devil. Look closely at the man in the back with the spear–his eyes have an RGB value of 255, 254, 254. Obviously the symbols are satanic, too. THINK WE WOULDN'T NOTICE, CHRIS?
I wanna know which one gets voted off the elevator!
So… which one of them has the conch?
SUCKS TO YOUR ASS-MAR, PIGGY
"Well isn’t this a bold portrait of the human condition," is something that should be said whenever you walk in on a situation you don't approve of.
I'm trying hard to think of a situation where applying this method would be more funny than it would be sad or irritating, and I keep coming up short.
How's that for a bold portrait of the human condition?
Kris, are you going to be going to any conventions near Ohio in 2011?
I'd like to know where the meat and animal skull came from. Though, the bizarre rationale my psyche comes up with is awesome enough.
Would the "conch", in this case, be the emergency phone? I can't imagine any other analog that would be found in a common elevator.
Reminds me of this:
I love it. I think it would have been cool if there were only two guys in the last panel.
It's not *that* kind of portrait of the human condition.
Lol.. they killed a deer and its skull decomposed to just bone in 20 minutes.
Which raises a very important question: which floor was the deer going to??
Geez, learn to read comics, guys!
The last frame is from the perspective of the stuck elevator guys when they are finally let out. Those are "waiting hats" they have put on.
What are they eating? Was there a fourth guy in the first panel we didn't see?

And, funny enough, makes as much sense as Lord of the Flies!
Simon is an analogy for Jesus? Thanks a lot crazy English teacher, now I can't approach any English class seriously.
The Cask of Amontillado is about revenge? I doubt it!
wait if this suppose to be showing lord of the flies…are they eating Piggy?
I hope I wasn't the only one who heard this after the first panel.
At the end of the day, sometimes you just gots to eats somebodies.
