me here at chainsawsuit are very concerned with staying strong and vital for a long and healthy life. here’s some things i’ve learned about as far as what to do when you got a health thing to manage:

– don’t eat pieces of metal
– if doing something causes your skin to come off, don’t do that
– keep organs on your inside, not on ya outsides!
– if you overdo it on yoga, try anti-yoga to recover (lay on couch and watch maury and eat pickles)
– don’t throw shuriken straight up overhead
– if you have to use the internet, do it on a bike or mountain climb
– get into the olympics
