August 28-31 is PAX Prime! If you’re among the lucky who got a badge for the weekend, I’ll be at my table in Bandland every single day serving you, the consumer. I’m very excited to be debuting my new banners, which you can see in this post to the right. You can use them as a visual guide to determine my position:

  1. Head to Level 6 of the Washington State Convention Center, up the big escalators on Level 4.
  2. Locate the banners using your eyes.
  3. Look slightly in front of said banners.

If you do not see me, I’m under the table eating chili from 7-Eleven.

On hand are two items special to PAX 2015!

To commemorate a decade of Starslip, I give you this handsome United Star Configuration pin, with the three core tenets of StarCon protected beneath a gleaming starslip drive arch: Honor, Service, and Third Thing.

I’ll also have a 11×17″ print of a visit to Bloodborne’s delightful city of Yharnam, from our gaming podcast 28 Plays Later!

Come on, Kris, what about the panels

Okay, fine! I’m doing a number of lovely panels this year — including co-hosting the Gearbox Software panel with Mikey Neumann on Friday! Lookit:

Inside Gearbox Software

  • FRIDAY 8/28 4:00PM – 5:00PM

This is your opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes look at Gearbox Software and get the latest news and updates from the makers of Borderlands, Battleborn, Homeworld Remastered Collection, and more!  We will have never-before-seen reveals, exclusives, and surprises, so don’t miss out!

Pitch Your Game Idea

  • SATURDAY 8/29 4:00PM – 5:00PM

You’ve got 45 seconds to deliver your idea to our panel of experts. The top three pitches will be picked for prizes and swag! (Please note this is an open forum – there’s nothing keeping anyone, judges and attendees alike, from stealing your ideas! If you aren’t comfortable with this, please don’t pitch your game.)

Late Night Dub Fight (13+)

  • SUNDAY 8/30 9:30PM – 10:30PM

Making its way back to the ring for another round, it’s the Late Night Dub Fight!

Relive moments from your favorite cartoons, video games, movies, TV shows, and anime in a new and hilarious light. Late Night Dub Fight pits panelists against each other to find out who can “improve” classic clips by redubbing them with their imposing improv skills. No one knows what host Ian Horner has up his sleeves, or what the cast members will say, in this all-out assault on your funny bone.
